FOR ALL CLASSES – What you will need:
A pen, and the desire to slow down and listen to your thoughts. A willingness to be curious about what you are thinking. You don’t need to be or think of yourself as a creative writer, or have ambitions to publish. While PW can, however, be a valuable tool for any writer or artist, its primary emphasis is communion with one’s self.
Recommended Reading
Writing the Mind Alive by Metcalf & Simon (ISBN 0-345-43858-2) will give you a valuable understanding of PW’s origin and methods. I highly recommend you purchase this book in advance.

Ann is also available for private instruction in Proprioceptive Writing.
